摘要
目的:探讨微信平台延续护理对鼻咽癌放疗出院患者张口困难康复的影响。方法:选取2013年5月至2014年5月广东省韶关市粤北人民医院放疗科收治的鼻咽癌患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组出院后给予常规延续护理,观察组给予微信平台延续护理,连续干预24个月。比较两组功能锻炼依从性、门齿距及张口困难程度。结果:观察组功能锻炼依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组门齿距大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组张口困难程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌放疗出院患者提供微信平台延续护理,可显著提高患者张口功能锻炼依从性,降低张口困难发生率。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of wechat assisted continuing nursing care on trismus in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy. Methods： 120 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine continuing nursing care, and those in the observation group received continuing nursing care with the help of wechat platform for 24 months. The exercise adherence, incisors distance and trismus degree were compared between the two groups. Results： After intervention, the functional exercise adherence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The incisors distance in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The degree of trismus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Continuing nursing care with the assistance of wechat platform could enhance functional exercise adherence and reduce the incidence of trismus in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy.
