摘要
优质在线课程共享对高等教育资源的共享产生了巨大影响,与此同时,也给国家开放大学的资源建设带来了新的发展机遇。在理清MOOCs发展过程的基础上,阐明MOOCs对国家开放大学资源建设的有效推动作用,找到了两者融合的契合点,客观分析在资源共享过程中可能出现的问题,针对存在问题提出解决对策,以期为国家开放大学的教育资源共享创建新模式。
The sharing of high-quality online resources has a great impact on the sharing of higher education resources. At the same time, it also brings new development opportunities to the resource construction of the Open University. In this paper, we clarify the process of MOOCs＇ development, illuminate the effective role of MOOCs in promoting Open University resource construction, indi- cate the priority areas of the fusion, and objectively analyse the possible problems in the process of resource sharing. In view of existing problems, we put forward relevant solutions in order to create a new pattern for the resource sharing of the Open University.
