摘要
农业机械试验鉴定是国家法律法规确定的农机质量评价公共服务职能,是农业机械化健康发展的重要技术支撑。本文系统总结了"十二五"农机试验鉴定工作成效,运用SWOT分析法综合分析"十三五"农机试验鉴定行业面临的形势,根据问题提出发展对策建议,有助于更加科学发展农业机械试验鉴定工作,进一步满足我国农业机械化全程、全面、高质、高效发展需求。
Agricultural machinery test and evaluation is a public service,which is defined by state laws and regulations to evaluate quality of agricultural machinery,and provides important technical supports for the healthy development of agricultural mechanization.The work effect of agricultural machinery test and evaluation during 12 th Five-Year Plan period was sum up,and the situation of agricultural machinery testing industry during 13 th Five-Year Plan period was analyzed.Based on the problems had been found,development countermeasures were put forward,so as to promote scientific development of agricultural machinery test and evaluation,and satisfy the further requirements of integrated,overall,high quality and efficient development for agricultural mechanization.
