摘要
对于OEM信息共享的效率研究和改进可以最终提升核心企业和整个敏捷供应链的效率。文章通过分析电子制造行业特点,提出基于干系人识别、OEM交付指标中加入客户维度的沟通管理优化模型,基于沟通形式、沟通过程、沟通内容的沟通优化模型。
Agile supply chain changes quickly,which gives higher requirement to information sharing efficiency.The communication efficiency research and improvement can ultimately improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain and core company.Through analysis of electronic product's characteristic,this article provided communication model based on stakeholder recognition, and adding customer in delivery metrics.
