摘要 转向系统直接影响汽车的操纵稳定性、运行的安全性和车轮的使用寿命,针对工程车辆转向系统进行多目标优化建模分析。以满载低速转向时转角偏差、空载高速转向时转角偏差、满载与空载的车轮跳动时轮胎滑移量及车轮摆角摆动误差为目标,建立转向系统多目标函数;应用物理规划法对所建立数学模型各优化目标进行偏好等级函数构造,确定其满意度区间,从而建立转向系统的物理规划优化设计模型;通过对遗传算法适应度函数施加约束惩罚,用其求解规划模型,从而获得转向系统满意的优化解集合。应用Trucksim对优化分析结果进行对比,获得车辆转向系统优化的最优解。 Steering system directly affects the operation and stability of the vehicle, the safety of the operation and the service life of the wheel It established the mathematical model of steering system for multi--objective optimization, taking angle deviation of loaded vehicle in low speed and empty vehicle in high speed, and wheel's swing error and slip of loaded vehicle and empty vehicle in pulsating as the objective function of optimization. By applying the physical programming to construct the preference ranking functions of optimization objectives according to the designed preference, it established physical programming optimization design model of steering system .With the constraint punishment for fitness function of genetic algorithm, it solved the steering system's physical programming design model established above and gained the optimal solutions, and the optimal solutions were filtered preliminary. It set the optimal solutions with preliminary filter as the input values of Trucksim software for establishing each optimization's vehicle simulation model, and analyzing each optimization's vehicle handling stability through the simulations of vehicle steady circular test infixed steering wheel and emergency double lane change test. It ultimately selected the optimal solution for the design.
