摘要
目的了解基层住宿业量化分级评定的现状,分析在实施卫生监督量化分级制度中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。方法依据卫生部制定的《住宿业卫生监督量化分级评分表》对85家不同档次的住宿业进行现场调查。结果参加此次量化分级管理调查的住宿业,B级量化率为57.6%;合格率较低的项目分别为自查记录、消毒间环境和毛毯、棉(羽绒)被、枕芯的清洗情况,分别为61.2%、43.5%和44.7%。结论建议对量化分级评定标准进行完善,以适合不同档次住宿业的评定;加强对从业人员的卫生知识和消毒技能的培训,改善住宿业卫生状况。
Objective To understand the status quo of Fengrun District lodging implement of hygiene supervision,analysis of＂lodging industry hygiene supervision and quantitative grading table＂in the small and medium- sized hotel industry evaluation problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions. Methods According to the Ministry of health to develop＂the lodging industry hygiene supervision and quantitative grading score＂of 85 different grades of hotels on- site investigation. Results In the quantified and classified management survey of accommodation industry,B level quantization rate was 57. 6%; qualified rate is low project were self- examination records 61. 2%,disinfection environment 43. 5% and blanket,cotton（ down） was pillow cleaning 44. 7%. Conclusion Suggestions to improve the standard of quantitative classification,evaluation for different grades of accommodation industry; strengthen the health knowledge and skills of practitioners of disinfection training, improve the health status of the lodging industry.
