摘要
目的:探讨膏方在肿瘤治疗中的意义。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据库,收集、整理、筛选、分析相关文献,并结合临床经验,以深入探讨膏方在肿瘤治疗中的意义。结果:膏方作为中医八大剂型之一,以"平调"为法,在癌症的临床应用上有很大的价值。与放、化疗的应用,于围手术期的应用,协助癌痛的治疗,防治肿瘤的复发、转移,膏方在肿瘤各个阶段均显示出自身特有的优势。结论:肿瘤作为人类健康的第二大杀手,病程长而难治,膏方从肿瘤病机本质出发,以整体为原则,调理阴阳、扶助正气,疗效显著而持久,故临床当辨证论治,善用膏方,均可取得疗效。
Objective： To explore the the significance of herbal paste in cancer therapy. Methods： We collect, sort, screen, analyze the relevant literature through the China CNKI, Wan Fang database, and combine with the clinical experience to understand deeply the significance of herbal paste in the tumor treatment. Results ： As one of the eight Chinese medicine formulations, herbal paste is based on the ＂balance and regulation＂, it has great value in clinical application of cancer. Application in radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and peri operation period, and assistance in the treatment of cancer pain, the prevention of tumor recurrence and metastasis , in which paste has showed unique advantages in the various stages of the tumor. Conclusion： As the second largest killer of human health, The tumor has a long course and is difficult to treat. Based on the overall principle, herbal paste balance Yin and Yang and support healthy qi from the tumor pathogenesis essence, which has notable and lasting curative effect. So the use of herbal paste on clinlc based on the syndrome differentiation can obtain curative effect.
