摘要
采用断口形貌、金相检验、硬度测定和化学成分分析等方法对某型号风机基座螺栓断裂进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓的断裂为单向弯曲疲劳断裂。断裂的主要原因是在配合螺母下第一道螺栓螺纹处存在缩松且该处应力集中明显,成为裂纹源,在振动循环弯曲应力的作用下裂纹扩展直至断裂。
The fracture of jacking bolts in a certain type of fan was analyzed by fracture morphology, metallographic examination, hardness testing and chemical composition analysis. The results show that the fracture of the bolt is unidirectional bending fatigue fracture. The main reason for fracture is the shrinkage defects and stress concentration at the first road bolt thread matching with nut, these areas become the crack source, and then extends under the action of vibration cycle bending stress,and fractures finally.
