磷含量对Ni-Zn-P合金镀层组织及成分的影响

摘要 采用碱式化学镀法在Q235钢表面施镀Ni-Zn-P合金镀层,研究了P含量对Ni-Zn-P合金镀层组织和成分的影响。结果表明,随P含量的增加,Ni-Zn-P合金镀层的表面组织由不均匀、漏镀到连续致密的胞状组织。镀层中Ni含量在80wt%左右,P含量逐渐增加,而Fe含量明显减少,可见镀层对基体覆盖程度增加。镀速随还原剂浓度增加呈升高趋势,镀液的活性也随之升高,但是,还原剂浓度过高会导致镀液自发分解,因此控制还原剂浓度在15~20 g/L时为宜。 Ni-Zn-P alloy coatings were prepared on Q235 steel by alkaline electroless plating technique. The effects of P content on the microstructure and composition of Ni-Zn-P alloy coating were studied. The results show that with the increase of P content, the surface microstructure of the coating gradually changes from uneven, plating leakage to continuous dense cellular structure.The Ni content in the coating is about 80 wt%, then the P content gradually increases and Fe content decreases significantly, which indicates that the coverage degree of the coating on matrix increases. The plating rate increases with the increase of the concentration of reducing agent, and the activity of the plating bath increases. However, Too high concentration of the reducing agent leads to the spontaneous decomposition of the plating bath, so the concentration of the reducing agent is appropriate in 15-20 g/L.
