摘要
采用真空单辊甩带法制备出(Zr_(56)Al_(16)Co_(28))_(100-x)Nb_x(x=0,2,4)的合金试样。利用X射线衍射、电化学极化曲线和扫描电镜研究了Nb对Zr-Al-Co非晶合金在1 mol/L Na OH溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在1mol/L Na OH溶液中,Zr-Al-Co-Nb非晶合金的耐腐蚀性能优于Cr18Ni8,且适量添加Nb能提高Zr-Al-Co-Nb非晶合金的耐腐蚀性。
(Zr56Al16Co28)100-x Nbx(x=0,2,4) alloy samples were prepared by single roller melt spinning in high vacuum. The effects of Nb on the corrosion behavior of samples in 1 mol/L NaOH solution were investigated by X-ray diffraction, electrochemical polarization curve and scanning electron microscope. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of Zr-Al-Co-Nb alloy in NaOH solution is better than that of Cr18Ni8, and the moderate addition of Nb can improve the corrosion resistance of Zr-Al-Co-Nb amorphous alloy.
