摘要
在不同应变速率和应变温度下,对Mg-3Al、Mg-6Al和Mg-9Al合金进行了机械变形处理,研究了变形参数对不同Al含量的Mg-Al合金组织与变形行为的影响。结果表明,Mg-3Al、Mg-6Al和Mg-9Al合金在变形温度为450℃、拉伸应变速率为10-3/s时都有动态再结晶组织,但是Al含量对Mg-Al合金的动态再结晶的影响较小。当应变速率为10-2、10-3/s时,Mg-3Al、Mg-6Al和Mg-9Al合金的伸长率随扩散系数补偿应变速率的增加而降低,相比较而言,应变速率为10-3/s时合金的伸长率更大,合金具有更好的塑性。
Under different strain rates and strain temperatures, the mechanical deformation treatment was carded out on Mg-3Al, Mg-6Al and Mg-9Al alloy. The effects of deformation parameters on the microstructure and deformation behavior of Mg-Al alloy with different contents of Al were studied. The results show that Mg-3Al, Mg-6Al and Mg-9Al alloy have dynamic recrystallizafion microstructure under the deformation temperature of 450℃ and strain rate of 10^-3/s, but the influence of AI content on dynamic recrystaUization of Mg-Al alloy is little. When the strain rate is 10^-2/s and 10^-3/s, the elongation of Mg-3Al, Mg-6Al and Mg-9Al alloy decrease with the increase of diffusion coefficient compensated strain rate, in comparison, when the strain rate is 10^-3/s, the elongation of the alloy is bigger, which shows that the alloy has better plasticity.
