摘要
MEMS设计是微机电教学中的重要内容,本文根据MEMS设计课程的特点,针对教学中突出对学生"工程应用和创新能力"的培养要求,结合多年实践经验,分析了以往教学中存在的不足,然后从教学内容构建、软件工具选择和互动的多媒体教学方法实践等方面进行了改革性探索。采用本文提出的教学改进措施显著提高了课程的教学效果。
Design is important for the development of Micro-Electro-Mechanical System （MEMS）.In the cultiva- tion objects of MEMS design,the manipulative ability and innovative ability are highlighted.Herein,the problems in the traditional teaching of MEMS design are analyzed. The teaching object and contents are effectively optimized.Then the interactive teaching based on multi-media education is applied and the suitable software tools are chosen too. From the results,the teaching effects are remarkably improved.
