摘要
国医大师孙光荣认为,女子生理性"带下"属于人体之"精"的范畴,为肾脾之精所化,"带下"对女子的重要性犹如"生殖之精"对男子的重要性。带下病病位主要在前阴、胞宫,任脉损伤、带脉失约是带下病的核心机制。带下病的发生与湿、毒、热和脏腑失调关系密切,其治疗以清热解毒、利湿止带和调理脾肾、补元摄带为主。带下病日久可加用固涩敛带之药以治其标。孙光荣治疗带下病以"子母方"为主要方法 ,其外治多使用自拟经验方孙光荣清带汤坐浴。全方融清、利、敛为一体,全面兼顾了带下的生理病理特点。
SUN Guangrong, national master of Chinese medicine,thinks that the physiologic leukorrhea belongs to essence of life,produced from the essence of spleen and kidney.The importance of ＂leukorrhea＂ to women, likes that ＂essence for reproduction＂ to man.The locations of leukorrhagia lie in external genitalia and uterus. The basic pathogenesis of leukorrhagia is Ren meridian injury and Dai meridian dysfunction.The cause of leukorrhagia is dampness pathogen,toxic materials, heat pathogen and zang-fu viscera＇s dysfunction, and the treatment of leukorrhagia is heat-clearing and detoxifying, promoting dampness to eliminate leukorrhagia, regulating spleen and stomach and invigoration primordial qi and eliminated leukorrhagia.If patients have gynecological disease for a long time, can be combined with drug therapy with astringent convergence.The ＂mother-child formula＂are used always for treating leukorrhagia by SUN Guangrong. In the external treatment. SUN Guangrong＇s Qingdai decoction is often used.The characteristics of this prescription is the combination of the ‘Qing＇, ‘Li＇, ‘Lian＇, comprehensive both physiological and pathological characteristics of leukorrhagia.
