摘要
目的通过对经尿道前列腺电切术术后膀胱内大凝血块形成的原因、预防及护理措施进行总结，以减少和避免这一并发症的发生。方法选取2011年7月-2016年7月在抚顺市清原县中医院接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的患者237例，总结并改进护理措施，比较改进护理措施前后患者术后膀胱内大凝血块形成的发生情况。结果通过不断改进防治和护理措施，经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱内大凝血块形成明显减少。结论在前列腺电切术前和术后应给予患者一系列的护理措施，密切观察患者的病情变化，重视两个关键时间段的护理，及时配合医生处理可能发生的初期凝血块，以降低或避免前列腺电切术后膀胱大凝血块的形成。
Objective To avoid and reduce the incidence of complication of large intravesical clot formation after trans-urethral resection of the prostate by summarizing the cause, prevention and nursing measures. Methods Two hundred and thirty-seven patients who received the treatment of trans-urethral resection of the prostate in Qingyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fushun City from July 2011 to July 2016 were selected. Nursing measures were summarized and improved. The occurrences of large intravesical clot formation before and after the improvement of nursing measures were compared. Results The large intravesical clot formation after trans-urethral resection of prostate was significantly reduced by improving the prevention and nursing measures. Conclusion A series of nursing measures should be implemented before and after the trans-urethral resection of the prostate and the condition of patients should be closely observed. The nursing during the two key periods is supposed to be valued and the nurses should cooperate with the doctors in time to cope with the possible blood clot at the early stage to reduce or avoid the large intravesical clot formation after trans-urethral resection of prostate.
