摘要
目的结合课外口腔实践,通过"知行合一"的口腔医学教育,了解学生的口腔知识、行为变化,及对其临床能力的影响。方法对实验组学生进行培训,并参加口腔检查和口腔健康教育实践活动,实践结束后对实验组和对照组学生就口腔知识、行为进行问卷调查。实习期间对实验组和对照组学生临床老师对学生临床能力的评价进行问卷调查。结果经过实践的学生口腔知识知晓率高于对照组,实验组就诊率为77.59%,明显高于对照组的14.09%。实习期间,临床老师对于实验组学生的评价要高于对照组,特别是口腔宣教能力非常满意及比较满意的概率为89.66%高于对照组的39.60%。结论 "知行合一"的教学模式有助于改善学生的口腔知识及行为,并且对提高学生的临床沟通能力、口腔宣教能力有一定的帮助。
Objective Combined with extracurricular oral practice, through the unity of knowledge and practice in oral medicine education, to understand change of the students" oral knowledge and behavior, and the influence of the clinical ability of students. Methods For the experimental group students training and let them take part in the oral examine and oral health education practice, in the experimental group and the control group students regarding the oral knowledge and behavior questionnaire after the practice. In the experimental group and the control group students' clinical teacher to make a survey of the students' clinical ability during the internship. Results The oral health knowledge awareness rate in the experimental group students is higher than the control group, the visiting the dentists rate in the experimental group at 77.59 %, that significantly higher than the 14.09 % in the control group. During the intern- ship ,the clinical teachers evaluate clinical ability in the experimental group students is higher than the control group, especially in oral education ability very satisfied and satisfied probability is 89.66 % higher than that of control group 39.60 %. Conclusions The teaching model of the unity of knowledge and practice is helpful to improve the students' oral knowledge and behavior, and that also helpful to improve the students' ability of clinical communication and oral education.
