摘要
目的 :观察鸦胆子油乳联合DDP胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效与副作用。方法 :2 4例恶性胸腔积液患者 ,抽净胸水后腔内注射DDP6 0mg、鸦胆子油乳 80mL每周 1次 ,1- 3次 ;并与单用鸦胆子油乳 (2 5例 )、DDP(2 3例 )对照 ,观察其疗效 ,体力改善状况及副作用。结果 :治疗组有效率 83.33%、鸦胆子油乳组 5 6 %、DDP组 5 6 .5 2 % ,治疗组与两对照组比较 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;体力改善率治疗组 87.5 %、鸦胆子油乳组 6 8%、DDP组 5 2 .17% ;治疗组与DDP组比较 ,P<0 .0 1。白细胞下降率及脱发率 ,鸦胆子组均为 0 ,与两组相比 ,治疗组为 2 0 .83%和 16 .6 7% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DDP组为 39.13%和 2 6 .0 9% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :鸦胆子油乳联合化疗能有效控制胸腔积液 ,提高生存质量 ,减轻化疗毒副反应 ,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative and side effects on malignant pleural effusion treated with Ya Dan Zhi's grease (YDZ) and DDP by injecting chest. Methods:Patients were divided into 3 groups randomly: treatment group (24 patients of MPE, injected to chest with DDP60mg and YDZ80mL once every week)、YDZ group (25 patients)、DDP group (23 patients), observing the effects、strength improvement and the side effects.Results: The toltal effective rates in the treatment group was 88.33% and YDZ group 56%、DDP group 56.52% respectively ( P <0.05); strength improving rate in the treatment group was 87.5%、YDZ group 68%、DDP group 52.17%, and treatment group was better than DDP group ( P <0.01); Descending rate of WBC and the missing rate of hair, YDZ was 0, compaired with the other groups, the treatment group was 20.83% and 16.67% ( P <0.05), DDP group was 39.13% and 26.09%( P <0.01).Conclusion: Combination of YDZ and DDP could effectively control pleural effusion, improve subsistence and decrease side effects.
