摘要
目的:探讨卤米松乳膏结合包封处理治疗神经性皮炎与慢性湿疹的效果。方法:将100例神经性皮炎与慢性湿疹患者按照随机数字法分为两组,每组50例,对照组以常规卤米松乳膏治疗,而研究组除了予以卤米松乳膏治疗外还实施包封处理。观察记录两组患者临床效果、药物起效时间,以及不良反应发生情况,并对比分析。结果:研究组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组药物起效时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组稍低。结论:卤米松乳膏治疗结合包封处理治疗神经性皮炎与慢性湿疹有良好效果,起效快,安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Halometasone cream and encapsulated process treatment on neurodermatitis and chronic eczema. Method： 100 patients with neurodermatitis and chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups according to the law, 50 cases in each group, the control group with conventional Halometasone Cream treatment, and study groups with Halometasone Cream and encapsulated process treatment.The clinical effects of two groups, the onset time of the drug, and adverse events were observed and recorded.Result： The total effective rate of study group was 92.00%, significantly higher than that of control group（80.00%）（P〈0.05）; drug onset time of the study group was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）; incidence of adveme reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）, but the study group was tower.Conclusion： Halometasone Cream and encapsulation process treatment for the neurodermatitis and chronic eczema has good effect, rapid onset, high security, it is worth learning.
