摘要
目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖类抗原125(CA-125)和白介素6(IL-6)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者中表达水平及意义。方法选取AECOPD患者92例(观察组),根据患者病情分为轻度(34例)、中度(30例)和重度(28例)三组;另选取同期体检健康者86例,作为对照组。检测各组患者血清中hs-CRP、CA-125和IL-6的水平并进行比较分析。结果观察组患者血清hs-CRP、CA-125和IL-6的浓度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清中hs-CRP、CA-125和IL-6的浓度与患者病情严重程度呈正相关,且组内比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、CA-125和IL-6与AECOPD患者病情严重程度密切相关,可作为判断慢阻肺的病情严重程度的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein（ hs- CRP）, carbohydrate antigen 125（CA-125） and interleukin-6（IL -6） in patients with AECOPD. Methods A total of 92 patients with AECOPD were enrolled in this study and divided into three groups depending on their own condi- tion. The first group included 34 cases of mild AECOPD, the second group included 30 patients with moderate AE- COPD, and the third group 28 severe AECOPD cases. And another 86 healthy subjects during the same time were re- cruited as the control group. The levels of serum hs-CRP, CA-125 and IL-6 in all groups were compared. Results The mean levels of serum hs-CRP, CA-125 and IL-6 were significantly higher in AECOPD groups than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Besides, the more severe AECOPD patients was, the higher the levels of serum hs-CRP, CA-125 and IL-6 were （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP, CA-125 and IL-6 are closely correla- ted with the severity of AECOPD and can be used for evaluation of AECOPD.
