解剖结构保留与重建技术对腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术后早期尿控的改善作用 被引量：3

摘要 90年代初腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术（laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,LRP）逐渐开展,LRP已经成为治疗局限性前列腺癌的首选治疗方案.尿失禁是根治性前列腺切除术（radical prostatectomy，RP）术后常见的并发症，是影响手术效果和患者满意度的重要因素之一。RP术后尿失禁发生率可高达10％。
