摘要 针对CTCS-3级列控中心半实物仿真测试平台的功能需求,对其中的继电器驱动采集接口进行了研究与设计。首先对比了传统继电器与PLC的优缺点,从项目实现的灵活性与可靠性进行考虑,选择PLC作为继电器驱动采集接口的硬件接口。然后,设计了两种实现继电器驱动采集接口驱采逻辑以及故障注入功能的方案,以系统响应时间作为首要的性能指标,选择采用LAD编程结合C脚本实现驱动采集逻辑以及故障注入功能。最后,提出使用Win Sock控件进行轨道继电器与轨道电路的状态同步,有效地降低了状态同步的时延以及系统运行的负荷。 To address the functional requirement of the CTCS-3 train control center( TCC) hardware-in-the-loop simulation testing platform,this paper's research focus on the relay drive-acquisition interface of this system,and design a concrete implementation scheme. Firstly,to compare the advantages and disadvantages between traditional relay and programmable logic controller( PLC),considering the flexibility and reliability,selected PLC as the hardware interface of the relay drive-acquisition interface. Secondly,designed two implementation schemes to implement the relay drive-acquisition logic and fault injection,regard the system response time as the primary performance index,implemented the relay drive-acquisition logic and fault injection by using ladderlogic programming language and C scripts. At last,proposed to synchronize the status between track relay and track circuit by using Win Sock control,which reducing the delay of status synchronization and the load of system operation effectively.
