摘要
蒸发水包结构简单,成本较低,是重要的吊舱环控系统部件之一。在蒸发水包的流阻研究中,需要一种简单可行的仿真方案。文中将多孔介质方法引入蒸发水包流阻的仿真研究中,并以单个细长管路为对象,划分结构化网格,找出流阻与速度的关系,将其引入整体模型当中。最后通过对3种简化模型的分析对比,选择更为合理的模型进行数值计算。该方案不仅很好地反映了实际的流通情况,更减少了网格数量,使得蒸发水包的仿真简单可行。
Evaporative cooler has simple structure and low cost. It is an important component of the environmental control system of aircraft pod. A simple and feasible simulation solution is necessary for the study of flow resistance of the cooler. This article introduces the porous medium method to the simulation study of flow resistance of the cooler. Structure meshing is carried out for a single long thin pipe,the relationship between flow resistance and speed is obtained,and then it is introduced into the overall model. Finally,through analysis and comparison of three simplified models,a more reasonable model for numerical calculation is selected.This solution not only reflects the actual flow but also reduces the mesh number,making the simulation simple and feasible.
