摘要
针对GQ80型铁路罐车的产品特点和介质特性,论述了GQ80罐体对接接头无损检测的必要性。阐明选择射线检测方法、质量标准为JB/T4730.2-2005规定的Ⅲ级、检测比例不少于10%的理由,为铁路罐车制造企业对罐体实施射线检测提供了科学依据。
Based on the characteristics and dielectric properties GQ80 type rail tankers,the necessity of GQ80 tank butt joints NDT was discussed.The reasons why the selection ray detection methods,quality standards Ⅲgrade JB / T 4730.2-2005 prescribed on the grounds,the detection rate not less than 10%for railway tank car manufacturers were clarified.
