摘要
中国石油在委内瑞拉拥有大量的重油资源,目前已经投入大量资金进行开发,需要修建大口径、长距离的重油管道进行外输。对委内瑞拉重油管道采用加热、加降黏剂、掺稀释剂等不同减阻工艺方案的经济性进行综合分析,可以看出,降黏剂价格较高导致加降黏剂输送方案经济性较差;掺入5%稀释剂的管输方案经济性略优,但是稀释剂的采购存在不确定性,其运输和掺入会大大增加管道运行操作的复杂性。综合考虑工艺简单,操作便利,运行成本低,可实施性好等因素,对于委内瑞拉Merey16重油输送管道推荐管径1067毫米、设计压强8兆帕、首站出站温度为50℃,且沿线无需加热、不加降黏剂、不掺稀释剂的工艺方案。
CNPC, with a lot of heavy oil resources and a large amount of investment in development, needs large-diameter and long-distance heavy-oil pipelines to outer transportation in Venezuela. According to comprehensive analysis on the economy of heavy-oil pipeline with different reducing measures such as heating, adding viscosity reducer and adding diluent, it shows that high price viscosity reduction leads the poor economy. The process of adding 5% diluent is slightly more economical, but the uncertainty exists in procurement of diluents and transportation and incorporation of diluent greatly increase the complexity of pipeline operation. The paper recommends adopting the process scheme with Φ1067mm pipe diameter without additives and dilution, 8.0MPa for design pressure, 50 heating temperature at initial station and no-heating along the pipeline for Venezuela Merey16 heavy oil pipeline by considering factors such as difficulty, operation convenience, lower OPEX and better practicability.
