摘要
目的:了解我国公安民警工作压力与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用《工作压力量表》和《认知幸福与情绪幸福量表》对全国的305名公安民警进行调查分析。结果:(1)公安民警的工作压力在性别分组上存在显著差异(t=-3.028,P<0.01),女性工作压力水平比男性高;工作压力在不同工作岗位上存在显著差异(F=17.381,P<0.001),窗口服务者工作压力水平最高,其次是内部行政管理者、执法勤务者;(2)公安民警的主观幸福感在婚姻分组上差异不显著(P>0.05);情绪幸福及幸福感在警龄上存在显著差异(F=2.716,P<0.05),警龄在3年以下者得分最高,其次是10~20年、20年以上、3~5年和5~10年;(3)工作压力与主观幸福感呈显著负相关(相关系数为-0.281)。结论 :我国公安民警工作压力程度影响幸福感水平,工作压力对幸福感有预测作用。
Objective:To understand the relationship of police'work pressure and subjective well-being in our country.Methods:Using the job stress scale and the cognitive and emotional happiness scale to investigate 305 police.Results:(1)There was significant gender differences in work pressure of police(t=3.028,P〈0.01),the female's level of work pressure was higher than male's;Work stress existed significant differences in different jobs(F=17.381,P〈0.001),the window server'working pressure was the highest,followed by internal administrative management,law enforcement service.(2)Police's subjective well-being was no significant difference in marriage status;emotional happiness and happiness existed significant differences in police officer(F=2.716,P〈0.05),the police officer under 3years scored the highest,followed by 10 to 20years,more than 20 years,3to 5years and 5-10 years.(3)Working pressure and subjective well-being had significantly negative correlation(r=0.281,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Police'work pressure level affects the level of happiness,their pressure can predict happiness.
