摘要
目的:通过比较强制隔离戒毒(简称"强戒")人员的性别差异,从而提出对强制隔离戒毒者预防及强戒的分期分类管理。方法:对2008年1月1日-2015年12月31日收戒的3993名强制隔离戒毒人员,以性别分组分别对总体强戒人员及吸食不同种类毒品的强戒人员在年龄、受教育程度、户籍所在地、民族、职业、婚姻、吸毒方式及吸毒史等方面进行两组对照比较。结果:强制隔离戒毒人员在人口学特征上男女之间有统计学差异,在年龄、文化程度、职业(χ~2=143.37,95.84,54.25;P=0.000)方面,女性强戒人员年龄多在30岁以下,初中以下文化程度,以无业者居多;在吸食毒品种类、吸食方式、吸毒史上,男女之间有统计学差异(χ~2=37.43,10.79,23.83;P=0.000),女性强戒人员多吸食新型毒品,以烫吸的方式吸食毒品,吸毒史多在1~3年。新型毒品强制隔离戒毒人员在人口学特征上男女之间有统计学差异,在年龄、文化程度、职业(χ~2=122.90,29.46,42.36;P=0.000)方面,女性新型毒品强戒人员年龄20岁以下的较多,高中及中专的人员较男性多,以无业者居多;新型毒品强制隔离戒毒人员在吸食方式上无统计学差异(χ~2=1.65,P=0.44),在吸毒史上有统计学差异(χ~2=17.27,P=0.001),女性新型毒品强戒人员吸毒史比男性短。传统毒品强制隔离戒毒人员在人口学特征上男女之间有统计学差异,在年龄、文化程度、职业(χ~2=17.85,40.29,38.16;P=0.000)方面,女性传统毒品强戒人员年龄40岁以下的较多,高中及中专的人员较男性多,以无业者居多。在吸毒方式、吸毒史上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:强制隔离戒毒人员在人口学特征上男女之间有统计学差异,女性强戒人员年龄多在30岁以下,初中以下文化程度,以无业者居多。女性是新型毒品的受害者,吸毒时间早;收戒的传统毒品依赖者男女处于一个文化层次,但是女性的吸毒年龄要比男性年轻,女性�
Objective：To compare sexual distinction among detainees of compulsory isolated drug treatment,and arise a grading and classified method to supervise such detainees by prevention and compulsory isolated drug detoxification and rehabilitation.Methods：3993drug abuse detainees which had been sent to compulsory isolation drug treatment from January 1st,2008 to December 31 st,2015were grouped by sex and we separately cross-check and analyze their different characteristics among the aggregate detainees and those who takes different kind of drugs,in aspects of age,level of education,the seat of the registered residence,nationality,occupation,marriage,means of taking drug,history of drug abuse and so on.Results：Among aggregate detainees on compulsory isolated drug treatment,on the demographic characteristics,there were statistic differences between male and female drug abuse detainees;As for age,level of education,occupation,（χ~2=143.37,95.84,54.25;P0.001）,female drug abusers were mainly under30,had a middle school or more junior educated degree and most of them were unemployed.There were also statistic differences on aspects of kind of drugs,means of taking drugs and history of drug abuse between male and female drug abuse detainees（χ~2=37.43,10.79,23.83;P〈0.001）,most of female abusers took new-type drug,they took drugs by smoking,and had a history of drug abuse between 1to 3years.Among new-type drug abuse detainees on compulsory isolated drug treatment,on the demographic characteristics,there were statistic differences between male and female drug abuse detainees;As for age,level of education,occupation,（χ~2=122.90,29.46,42.36;P〈0.001）,female drug abusers were mainly under 20,those who had high school or secondary vocational school educational background were more than male abusers and most of them were unemployed.Statistics showed little sexual distinction in means of taking drugs among new-type drug abusers（P〉0.05）,while there were statistic differences onhistory of drug abuse between ma
