摘要
地中海贫血筛查技术的研究是国内外研究的热点,常用的筛查技术包括红细胞相关指标、血红蛋白分析、红细胞渗透脆性实验、网织红细胞计数以及外周血涂片检查等,本文就近年来地中海贫血的常用筛查技术、相关鉴别和辅助检查指标、新技术的研究等新进展进行了综述。
The research of screening technology of thalassemia is a hotspot at home and abroad, The red blood cell related indicators, hemoglobin analysis, osmotic fragility test, reticulocyte count and blood smears are useful screening studies for thalassemia.In this paper, the useful screening technology of thalassemia, related identification and auxiliary examination indicators, new technology research for the past few years were reviewed.
