摘要
目的探讨雷帕霉素药物涂层不同支架治疗真性冠状动脉分叉病变对患者血清脂联素、GDF-15和Cys-C水平的影响。方法按照治疗方法不同将研究对象分为双支架治疗组(n=110)与单支架治疗组(n=110),2组支架均进行雷帕霉素涂抹。另选取来本院体检的100例健康者为对照组,分别检测对照组和双支架治疗组、单支架治疗组患者治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月血清脂联素、GDF-15及Cys-C水平。结果治疗前双支架治疗组、单支架治疗组患者血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组,血清GDF-15和Cys-C水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双支架治疗组患者治疗3个月、6个月后血清脂联素水平明显高于单支架治疗组,血清GDF-15和Cys-C水平明显低于单支架治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷帕霉素药物涂层双支架治疗真性冠状动脉分叉病变能够更有效调节患者血清脂联素、GDF-15和Cys-C水平,促进患者病情改善,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of different rapamycin eluting stent in the treatment of true coronary bifurcation lesions on serum adiponectin,GDF-15 and Cys-C levels. Methods According to the different treatment methods,the research objects were divided into two groups: the double stent group( n = 110) and the single stent group( n = 110),and stents of the two groups were smeared with rapamycin. 100 health people were selected as the control group; and serum adiponectin,GDF-15 and Cys-C levels of the double stent group,the single stent group and the control group were detected in 3 months and 6 months before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,the levels of serum adiponectin in the first two groups were significantly lower than that in the control group,serum Cys-C and GDF-15 levels were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Serum adiponectin level in the double stent group after treatment for 3 months,6 months was significantly higher than that in the single stent in the treatment group. Serum GDF-15 and Cys-C levels were significantly lower than that of the single stent,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Rapamycin eluting double stent in the treatment of true coronary bifurcation lesions can more effectively regulate the patients' serum adiponectin,GDF-15 and Cys-C levels,and still can promote the improvement of the patient's condition,which has higher clinical value.
