摘要
针对传统企业生产计划体系难以满足装备制造型企业单件小批量生产方式的问题,采用项目管理方法,将生产计划体系扩展为项目计划体系或混合计划体系,以业务流程为导向制定项目计划,实现跨部门协同,对过程进行偏差控制。采用以跨部门团队的扁平化组织形式,按照项目的技术和方法进行管理,更好、更快地实现目标,提高客户交期达成率及满意度。
Focusing on the traditional enterprise production planning system hardly can meet the equipment manufacturing enterprises single-piece small batch production, a new project management method was adopted. The production planning system will be expanded into a project planning system or mixed planning system. With business process-oriented project planning, cross-sectoral coordination and the process of deviation control were achieved. Using a cross-sectoral team of flat organization, manage the project according to the project's technology and methods, in order to achieve goals better and faster, and improve customer delivery rate and satisfaction.
