摘要
目的研究分析脑梗死患者接受改良急诊护理流程的临床效果。方法根据2012年3月~2014年3月我院收治的50例脑梗死患者来进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和研究组,每组各25例患者。研究组采用改良急诊护理流程,对照组采用常规护理流程,对比分析两组的临床护理效果。结果研究组患者的临床护理效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑梗死患者临床中接受改良急诊护理流程可以获得较好的护理效果,急救的时间得到了缩减,患者的治疗时间短,效果明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of improved emergency care process for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods According to the 50 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014,the patients were divided into the control group and the research group,and there were 25 cases in each group. The research group was used to improve the emergency nursing process, the control group using routine nursing process,the comparative analysis of the clinical nursing effect of two groups. Results The clinical nursing effect of the research group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical in patients with cerebral infarction received the improved emergency care process can obtain good nursing effect,emergency time has been reduced,with short time of treatment,the clinical effect is obvious.
