摘要
目的研究儿童过敏性紫癜的临床护理方法,观察其效果。方法将在我科接受治疗的95例过敏性紫癜儿童作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为观察组(48例)与对照组(47例),对照组采用常规方法进行护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理,观察两组患儿皮肤症状缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间以及护理效果。结果观察组患儿皮肤症状缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过积极全面的优质护理能够缓解过敏性紫癜患儿的疼痛,促进患儿康复。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing on allergic purpura children. Methods 95 children with allergic purpura treated in our department were taken as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group（48 cases） and control group（47 cases）, the control group was given conventional nursing, observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing,skin relief time,abdominal pain relief time and nursing effect were observed. Results The skin relief time,abdominal pain relief time in observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,nursing effect in observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionPositive and comprehensive quality nursing can reduce the pain of children with allergic purpura as soon as possible, promote the recovery of disease.
