摘要
目的研究彩超检查在胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法选择1 960例实施彩色多普勒超声检查的孕妇,对其超声图像资料以及临床资料进行整理和分析。结果所选的1 960例孕妇中,有20例通过超声筛查为畸形,其中18例通过引产或者出生后证实为畸形,2例出现误诊。结论在对胎儿实施畸形筛查过程中,彩超的作用显著,这种方法操作简便,诊断准确率高,有效促进人口素质的提升。
Objective To study the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonography in screening of fetal malformation. Methods 1 960 cases of pregnant women with color doppler ultrasound were selected,and the ultrasound images and clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results For the 1 960 selected cases,20 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,18 cases were diagnosed by labor or after birth,and 2 cases were missed diagnosis. Conclusion In the process of fetal malformation screening,the effect of color doppler ultrasound is significant,this method is simple and convenient,has high accuracy of diagnosis,effectively improve the quality of our population.
