摘要
目的探讨间置空肠重建手术对全胃切除术后患者营养代谢及胃肠功能的影响。方法选择我院收治的96例胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各48例。全胃切除术后对照组予以Roux-en-Y型消化道重建手术,观察组采用间置空肠重建手术,比较两组患者的营养代谢指标、胃肠功能及并发症。结果术后与对照组相比,观察组营养指标较高,代胃肠管最大直径较大,代胃肠管内钡剂滞留时间较长,并发症发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者使用间置空肠法进行全胃切除术后消化道重建,能改善患者消化吸收功能,减少胃肠道功能紊乱情况的发生,且术后并发症较少。
Objective To investigate the effect of jejunal interposition reconstructive surgery on nutrition metabolism and gastrointestinal function in patients with total gastrectomy. Methods 96 gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each. After total gastrectomy,control group took Roux-en-Y reconstruction of digestive tract,observation group took jejunal interposition reconstruction. The nutrition metabolism index,gastrointestinal function and complications of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group after surgery,nutritive index of observation group was higher,max diameter of gastric tube was larger,barium retention time in gastric tube was longer,the incidence of complications was lower(P〈0.05). Conclusion Jejunal interposition reconstructive surgery can significantly improve digestion-absorption function,reduce gastrointestinal disorders and have less postoperative complications.
