青光眼和白内障在老年人群中常合并出现,二者的治疗相互影响。治疗时应全面、有效地评估病情,根据患者的具体情况,选择合适的治疗方式,如单纯滤过性手术、单纯白内障手术、青光眼白内障联合手术,达到既控制眼压又提高视力的目的。
Cataract and glaucoma frequently occur in elderly patients. And they are often comorbidities that need to be managed simultaneously. It is important for clinicians to evaluate the severity of the diseases and to choose the optimal treatment of these individuals, which can both control the intraocular pressure and improve the visual acuity.
