摘要
目的观察清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液治疗慢性中耳炎的疗效。方法 72例慢性中耳炎患者均来自将河南中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊患者,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例采用清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液进行治疗。对照组仅用采用氯霉素滴耳液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.2%,明显高于对照组总有效率86.1%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液治疗慢性中耳炎较单用清热散结片疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingre Sanjie tablets combined with hloramphenicol ear drops in the treatment of chronic otitis media. Methods A total 72 cases of chronic otitis media patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hloramphenicol ear drops, and the treatment group used Qingre Sanjie tablets combined with hloramphenicol ear drops. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2% which was higher than 86.1% of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically singnificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Qingre Sanjie tablets combined with hloramphenicol ear drops in the treatment of chronic otitis media has significantly therapeutic effect.
