本文论述永宏PLC在铸件成型蜡模双工位射蜡机上的应用。装备主要用于各种形状复杂、高品质、高精度的中小型铸件的蜡模成型。主要由机体、电气、液压、温控、注蜡、冷却系统组成,该机器人很好的提高了生产效率、节约了人工成本,降低了劳动强度、改善了生产环境。
