摘要
目的探究在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗中采用丹红注射液的临床治疗效果。方法选择在2014年6月至2015年6月期间收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者86例，采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和实验组，每43例为1组，对照组采用常规治疗方法，实验组在此基础上采用丹红注射液进行治疗，将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组的治疗总有效率较高，心绞痛改善程度较好，各凝血指标明显较优，对比差异P〈0.05，存在统计学意义。结论在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗中采用丹红注射液进行治疗有显著的效果，值得应用推广。
