摘要
目的分析盐酸米诺环素联合飞顿lovelyⅡ治疗痤疮的疗效。方法选取在本院就诊的92例痤疮患者作为研究对象，按就诊时间分为盐酸米诺环素组和联合治疗组，每组各46例，两组患者均首先采用盐酸米诺环素治疗，联合治疗组在治疗两周后待炎症消退，使用飞顿lovelyⅡ强脉冲光治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果并随访三个月统计两组患者瘢痕、色素沉着发生率及复发率。结果联合治疗组在治疗效果及瘢痕、色素沉着发生率和复发率上均优于盐酸米诺环素组。结论盐酸米诺环素联合飞顿lovelyⅡ治疗痤疮较单独的盐酸米诺环素治疗，效果更好，瘢痕及色素沉着发生率更低，复发率更低。
Objective the curative effect of combined treatment of acne lovely philton Ⅱ minocycline hydrochloride analysis. Methods in 92 cases of acne patients in our hospital as the research object, divided into minoeycline hydrochforide group and combined treatment group, 46 cases in each group, two groups of patients using minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of combined treatment. In the group after two weeks of treatment for inflammation subsided, used philton lovely Ⅱ intense pulsed light treatment, compared two groups of patients were followed up for three months and statistics of two groups of patients with scar, hyperpigmentation and recurrence rate. Results combined treatment group in the treatment effect and the incidence of pigmentation, scar and recurrence rate is superior to minocycline hydroehloride group. Conclusion better minocycline hydroehloride treatment, minocycline hydrochloride combined with philton Ⅱ lovely is higher than that of the treatment of ache scar and effect. The incidence of pigmentation was lower, and the recurrence rate was lower.
