摘要
目的研究关节镜下对膝关节前交叉韧带急性损伤进行检查的临床价值和手术治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2013年1月到2015年3月入住我院进行早期关节镜下诊断与手术治疗的患者57例，回顾性性分析患者早期关节镜下检查结果，并对人工韧带移植重建手术治疗的临床疗效进行分析。结果57例患者中经关节镜下检查为前交叉韧带体部断裂、上部断裂、股骨髁侧上止点撕脱、下止点撕脱以及合并半月板损伤的患者分别有36例、13例、5例、3例和46例；经过人工韧带移植重建手术后，随访一年，患者治疗前的Lysholm评分为（40．38±4．23）分，术后患者Lysholm评分为（90．22±6．71）分；人工韧带移植重建手术治疗时间、术中出血量以及术后住院时间分别为（123．65±18．13）min、（82．11±28．81）ml和（7．22±1．17）d；患者术后关节疼痛表现为优秀、良好、尚可及较差的患者分别有24例、26例、4例和3例，治疗优秀率为87．72％；术后出现2例创伤性关节炎患者，术后并发症发生率为3．51％。结论膝关节前交叉韧带急性损伤早期通过关节镜进行微创检查，对患者损伤小、可以明确受伤部位、程度、合并症等，同时可以通过关节镜下对其进行人工韧带重建移植治疗，治疗临床疗效显著，术后并发症较少。
Objective to study the under arthroscopy on knee anterior cruciate ligament acute injuries to inspect the clinical value and the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment. Conclusion anterior cruciate ligament acute knee injury early minimally invasive inspections by arthroscopy, for patients is small, can clear the injured area, degree of injury, complications and so on, at the same time can be achieved by artificial ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy to transplant treatment, treatment of clinical curative effect, less postoperative complications.
