摘要
目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇片、炔雌醇环丙孕酮片及枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年4月—2016年3月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者56例,以随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组各28例。A组患者给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,B组患者在A组的基础上给予戊酸雌二醇片。观察2组患者治疗后的临床特征表现,比较2组患者促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平及排卵妊娠情况。结果:治疗后,2组患者月经失调、多毛及痤疮发生情况及促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者子宫内膜厚度均明显大于治疗前,且B组患者显著大于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者排卵率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组患者妊娠率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片、枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊及戊酸雌二醇片联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可有效提高患者的妊娠率。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical effects of Estradiol valerate tablets combined with Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets and Clomiphene citrate capsules in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome. METHODS： 56 patients admitted into Longyan the First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from Apr. 2015 to Mar. 2016 were selected to be divided into group A and group B via the random number table,with28 cases in each. Patients in group A were given Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets and Clomiphene citrate capsules,while group B additionally received Estradiol valerate tablets based on group A. The clinical characteristics of two groups were observed,and the FSH,LH,T levels and ovulation pregnancies were compared between two groups. RESULTS： After treatment,the menstrual disorders,acne,LH,FSH and T levels of two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; and there was no significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the endometrial thickness of two groups were markedly thickened after treatment,while the endometrial thickness of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,there was no significant differencebetween two groups in ovulation rate（ P〈0. 05）,and the pregnancy rate of group B was higher than that of group A,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Estradiol valerate tablets combined with Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets and Clomiphene citrate capsules in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
