摘要
目的:分析优质护理对肺结核患者用药依存性及生活质量的影响。方法:选择160例肺结核患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理,比较两组患者的服药依从性及生活质量。结果:观察组患者能按时服药有78例、占97.50%,对照组患者能按时服药有63人、占78.75%,观察组患者生活质量评分(50.45±6.72)分,高于对照组的生活质量评分(45.63±6.95)分(P<0.05);观察组生活质量良好率为85.0%,高于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05)。结论:对肺结核患者应用优质护理模式可使患者掌握更多的疾病相关知识,了解按时服药的重要性,与医护人员建立信任的关系,积极配合治疗。
Objective：To analyze the effect of high - quality nursing on drug dependence and quality of life for patients with tuberculosis. Methods： 160 cases of patients with tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. The patients in control group accepted traditional nursing, and those in observation group adopted high -quality nursing. The drug depend- ence and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results： There were 78 cases who could take medicine on time in observation group, accounting for 97.50 %, and there were 63 cases in control group, accounting for 78.75 % ; The score of life quality in observation group （50.45 ±6.72 ） was higher than that in control group （45.63 ±6.95 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The good rate of life quality in observation group （ 85.00 % ） was higher than that （67.50 % ） in control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions：The application of high - quality nursing to patients with tuber- culosis could help them acquire more knowledge about the disease, understand the importance of medication, establish trust with the medical staff, and actively cooperate in the treatment.
