摘要
在对轨道交通车辆转向架故障数据统计分析的基础上,在保证运营最低可靠性的条件下,以设备维修经济性为优化目标,建立轨道交通车辆转向架维修周期优化模型。结合地铁公司具体故障数据并根据该优化模型,对地铁公司现有维修模式进行了优化改进。
Based on processing of bogie fault data, and ensuring the reliability of bogie equipment, an optimum maintenance circle model which to reduce maintenance cost for bogie of rail transit vehicle is proposed. This model is used to optimize and improve existing maintenance mode for a domestic vehicle depot by analyzing fault data.
