摘要
文中结合产业集聚理论,从杭州高新区自身特点出发,论述了高新区的发展现状及过程,重点分析了高新区产业集聚的形成机理。建立了市场机制、政府政策、社会文化效应3方面的分析体系,对后发地区高新区的建立以及产业发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper, combining the theory of industrial agglomeration, from the characteristics of Hangzhou Hi-tech Zone, discussed the current situation and development process of high-tech zones, analyzed the formation mechanism of higb-tech zone industrial agglomeration, and Established an analysis system of market mechanism, government policies, social and cultural effects in order to make some contributions to the establishment and development of post-industrial areas.
