摘要
由二甲亚砜和高岭石实现插层反应,继先后以甲醇和苄基三甲基氯化铵置换之,得到片状的高岭石/苄基铵盐插层复合物。以X射线衍射、红外光谱仪、热重测试和扫描电镜分别表征其结构和形貌,探讨其形成机理和理论模型。
Lamellate kaolinite-benzyltrimethylammonium intercalation compound was synthesized first by DM- SO and kaolinite intercalated reaction,then replaced by methanol and benzyltrimethylammonium chloride(TM- BAC) successively. The new intercalated compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal gravity analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The possible intercalation mechanism and theoretical model of intercalation compounds were discussed.
