摘要
采用18组不同的工艺参数对AZ80Ce超塑性镁合金汽车车轮进行了模锻成形试验,并在车轮不同位置取样进行力学性能测试与分析。结果表明,随着成形温度从410℃提高至470℃、坯料温度从330℃提高至405℃、模具温度从200℃提高至260℃、变形速度从60 mm/min增大至300 mm/min,试样的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均先增大后减小。模锻成形温度优选为455℃、坯料温度优选为375℃、模具温度优选为245℃、变形速度优选为180 mm/min。
AZ80Ce magnesium-based super-plastic automobile hubs were die forged with 18 kinds of different process parameters. The mechanical properties of the hubs were tested and analyzed at various sampling positions. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation first increase and then decrease with forging temperature increasing from 410℃ to 470℃, ingot temperature from 330℃ to 405℃, die temperature from 200℃ to 260℃, or de- formation speed from 60 mm/min to 300 mm/min. The optimal forging temperature, ingot temperature,die temperature and deformation speed are 2155℃ ,375℃ ,245℃ and 180 mm/ min, respectively.
