摘要
落实党风廉政建设"两个责任"是十八届三中全会提出的明确要求,是新形势下推进党风廉政建设,不断加大反腐败工作力度的重要举措。本文就各级纪检监察部门贯彻落实监督执纪要求、深化"三转"等内容进行研究,全面分析当前履行监督责任取得的成效和存在的不足,并对新形势下纪检监察部门如何更好地组织协调党风廉政建设、强化监督执纪问责提出具体的工作建议。
It was decided at the Third Plenum of the 18 th CPC Central Committee that the implementation of the responsibility system for improving the Party＇s atmosphere and building incorrupt government will be an important measure in intensifying anti-corruption in the new situation. This paper analyzes the departments for discipline inspection and supervision to perform their duties and deepen innovation, focuses on achievements and shortcomings of fulfilling the supervisory responsibility. Moreover, put forward some detailed suggestions for building an incorrupt government and strengthening supervision.
