摘要
随着电子商务的井喷式发展,跨境电商成为推动我国外贸转型升级的新引擎。近年来我国跨境电商已经初具产业集群特征,交易规模也迅猛增长,但也暴露出某些值得关注的问题。本文通过对我国跨境电商发展情况的剖析,指出为促进我国跨境电商持续健康发展,目前应重点关注和解决的几个方面:加强跨境电商的理论研究和科学指导;认清跨境电商的战略定位和区域布局;重视跨境电商的激励扶持和风险控制;完善跨境电商的结构模式和营销模式;构建跨境电商的服务体系和营商环境。
With the explosive growth of electronic commerce, cross-border e-commerce becomes the new engine to promote transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade. In recent years, China's cross-border e-commerce has preliminary had the characteristics of industrial clusters and transaction size has rapidly grown, but also has brought some problems worthy of attention. Based on the current situation of cross-border e-commerce in China,this paper points out that at present we should focus on and solve following sections to promote sustained and healthy development of China's cross-border e-commerce: strengthen the theory research and scientific guidance;identify strategic positioning and regional layout; attach great importance to the incentives and risk control;improve the structure mode and marketing mode; build service systems and business environment.
