摘要
文章根据北京高端装备制造业统计及典型企业访谈数据,从技术领域构成与知识产权构成两个方面对北京高端装备制造业技术交易现状进行分析,并结合分析情况对产业发展及技术交易现状提出四方面对策与建议:提升北京高端装备制造产业的技术创新能力;统筹并均衡发展北京高端装备产业技术领域;结合市场状况,强化知识产权保护力度;加强技术交易市场政策普及。
According to statistical data of beijing＇s advanced equipment manufacture industry and research of typical enterprises,this paper analyzes status of beijing＇s advanced equipment manufacture industry and its technological transaction from view of technological field and intellectual property right,and come up with four solutions：to promote the ability of technological innovation of beijing＇s advanced equipment manufacture industry,to plan overall and equilibrium technological field of beijing＇s advanced equipment manufacture industry,to strengthen the intensity of intellectual property right,and to universe the policies of technology exchange market.
