摘要
目的观察运用针刺联合电针治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年5月在我院针灸科门诊进行急性周围性面瘫治疗的100例患者,按随机数字表法分成两组,50例为针刺联合电针治疗组,另50例为单纯针刺对照组。治疗组采用常规的毫针对患者选穴进行针灸,得气后施予平补平泻手法,再接电针轻强度连续波刺激,每次留针30 min。对照组则使用单纯常规针刺治疗,针刺得气后留针30 min,每天针灸1次,一个疗程10次,持续2个疗程。疗效采用H-B评价系统分析研究与评价,观察两组治疗前后的临床症状等变化。结果治疗组的治愈率为60%,总有效率为92%;对照组则分别为32%、76%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合电针治疗急性周围性面瘫疗效优于单纯针刺对照组,且越早进行针灸治疗预后越好,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis,and to provide reference for clinical research. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016,100 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment group of 50 cases and the simple acupuncture control group of 50 cases. The treatment group adopted conventional acupuncture,and then got gas to fill flat-reducing way line pin,followed by electroacupuncture light intensity continuous wave stimulation,retention of needle for 30 min each time. The control group used simple routine acupuncture treatment,retention of needle for 30 min each time,acupuncture 1 time every day,and 10 times was a course of treatment,which continued two courses. The two groups were compared by H-B evaluation system.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and other changes were observed. Result The cure rate and the total effective rate of the acupuncture treatment group was 60% and 92%,respectively,the cure rate and the total effective rate of the control group was 32% and76%,respectively,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis is better than simple acupuncture control group,and the earlier the acupuncture treatment,the prognosis is better. It is worthy of popularization and application.
