摘要
为明确福建省蛋鸭(金定鸭、山麻鸭、连城白鸭)流行的主要细菌病及其生物学特性,采用PCR方法对2013年以来福建省及周边省(区)临床调查采集和送检的病死或表现产蛋下降的852份以上3种蛋鸭样品进行了禽多杀性巴氏杆菌、致病性鸭大肠杆菌、鸭疫里默菌和禽沙门菌感染的病原学检测,并对阳性样品进行细菌分离鉴定及其生物学特性研究。结果表明,金定鸭、山麻鸭与连城白鸭样品中以上4种细菌感染的阳性率分别为8.6%、18.2%、5.3%、1.4%,10.4%、21.8%、4.2%、1.7%和8.8%、17.6%、3.8%、0%,其中鸭大肠杆菌病、禽霍乱是危害以上3种蛋鸭养殖的主要细菌病。经血清型鉴定表明,以上4种致病菌的主要血清型(抗原群)分别为荚膜A型,O_(78)、O_2、O_(88)为2型、11型和肠炎沙门菌与鼠伤寒沙门菌为主;经长期药敏试验监测表明,对4种致病菌的首选敏感药物分别有5种、2种、7种和10种,可见对致病性大肠杆菌敏感的药物少、其耐药谱最广。
To define the characteristics of the main bacteria from Fujian laying ducks including Jinding duck,Shanma duck and Liancheng white duck,852 samples were collected from laying ducks with irregularity and reduction or death from duck farms of Fujian Province and its periphery during 2010 —2013.Pasteurella multocida,Escherichia coli,Riemerella anatipestifer,and salmonellas were detected by PCR.The results showed that the rates of the four kinds of bacteria were 8.6 %,18.2 %,5.3 % and 1.4 % for Jinding duck,10.4 %,21.8 %,4.2 % and 1.7 % for shanma duck and 8.8 % 、17.6 % 、3.8 % and 0 for Liancheng white duck.So Escherichia coli and Pasteurella multocida were the main bacteria which post threat to Fujian laying ducks,The capsular serotype A and O78,O2,O88 and 2,11 serotypes and Salmonella typhimurium or Salmonella typhimurium were the main serotypes of the four kinds of bacteria.Five,two,seven and ten kinds of preferred drugs were used for the four kinds of bacteria.And the resistance profile of Escherichia coli was the widest.
