摘要
以从棉花秸秆中分离得到的2株棉酚分解菌莫海威芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mojavensis)和死谷芽孢杆菌(Bacillus vallismortis)为实验菌株,对棉酚含量高的棉籽油进行脱毒实验。结果表明:莫海威芽孢杆菌和死谷芽孢杆菌对棉籽油具有一定的脱毒作用,脱毒率分别达到22.1%和22.2%。
